Effectiveness. This Amendment shall be deemed effective upon the Amendment

Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective as of the date first written above only upon satisfaction in full in the discretion of the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] of each of the following conditions (the “First Amendment Effective Date”):
