Partnership’s Right to Redeem at its Option. The Partnership shall have the right, at its option, to redeem the Series C Preferred Units, in whole or in part, at any time, on a Redemption Date determined in accordance with Section 7(c).
No Other Rights of Redemption. The Series C Preferred Units shall not be redeemable by the Partnership or exchangeable by the Holders other than in accordance with this Section 7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Series C Preferred Units shall not be redeemable or exchangeable pursuant to Section 8.05 of the main part of the Partnership Agreement.
