Time for Consideration; Effective Date. You understand and acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to consider this Agreement for twenty-one (21) days from your receipt of this Agreement before signing it (the “Consideration Period”). To accept this Agreement, you must execute the unmodified Agreement via DocuSign so that it is received by the Company at or before the expiration of the Consideration Period.
