Termination of Consulting Period. Either you or the Company may terminate the Consulting Period, at any time and for any reason, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Upon termination of the Consulting Period by either party, the Company will have no further obligations to you.

Termination. The Consulting Period may be terminated by me or the Company for any reason upon 30 days' prior written notice. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a material breach of the terms by Consultant.

Termination. The Consultant and the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason whatsoever or for no reason whatsoever, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to the other.

Termination for Convenience. Either Company or Consultant may terminate this Agreement for convenience with thirty (30) days prior written notice.

Either the Company or the Consultant shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement without cause by delivering notice in writing to the other party (or payment in lieu of such notice in the case of the Company) no later than 30 days prior to the date of termination.
