Effective Date. This Plan was established effective January 1, 1983, and previously amended and restated as of January 1, 1987, January 1, 1998, and August 1, 2003. The Plan was further amended as of March 1, 2005. The Plan was amended and restated effective as of December 24, 2005, and conformed to include amendments through January 1, 2007. The Plan was amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2009, and conformed to include amendments through March 31, 2011. The Plan was amended and restated effective as of December 31, 2012, and conformed to include amendments through that date. The Plan was amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2014, and conformed to include amendments through that date. The Plan was amended and restated January 1, 2017, and is hereby amended and restated effective as of October 1, 2021.

The Plan was originally effective as of January 1, 1995, amended effective as of July 31, 2003, and amended and restated generally effective as of November 7, 2007. The Plan as set forth herein constitutes an amendment and restatement of the Plan as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date. This amendment and restatement of the Plan shall be effective as of the Effective Date.

Section # Effective Date. The original effective date of this Plan was January 1, 1991. The Plan was previously amended and restated effective as of September 1, 2010 and again effective as of January 1, 2020, except as otherwise provided in the respective amendments and restatements . The Plan is amended and restated again effective as of January 1, 2021, except as otherwise provided herein.

Effective Date. The effective date of the Plan is July 15, 1994. The Plan was previously amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2005. The effective date of this amended and restated Plan is October 28, 2021.

Section #2Effective Date. The original effective date of this Plan was January 1, 1991. The Plan was most recently amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2021, except as otherwise provided therein. The Plan is amended and restated again effective as of January 1, 2022, except as otherwise provided herein.

Effective Date: The effective date of the amended and restated Plan is July 1, 2019, except where otherwise noted. The Plan was initially effective as of January 1, 2003.

The Plan was originally effective as of March 29, 1995 and was previously amended on October 1, 1999, June 30, 2000, May 22, 2001, December 4, 2001, July 15, 2002, January 1, 2003, January 28, 2003, and December 22, 2003. The Plan was amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2005 and as of November 19, 2009, and amended as of November 2, 2010. The Plan is now amended and restated effective as of December 31, 2011.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The Plan was originally effective as of January 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), was amended on November 1, 2017, and is hereby further amended and restated effective as of February 1, 2023.

The Plan was originally effective as of January 1, 2005. The Plan as amended and restated herein is effective as of January 1, 2023.

SECTION # Effective Date. The Plan was initially effective as of January 28, 1987 (the “Effective Date”). The Plan, as currently amended and restated, is effective as of January 1, 2016 and supersedes any and all prior versions of this Plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participants who received notice of their termination of employment prior to the effective date of this amendment and restatement and whose employment ends on or after the effective date of this amendment and restatement substantially in accordance with the terms of such notice shall be governed by the terms of the Plan as in effect immediately prior to the effective date of this amendment and restatement.
