Effective Date. This Plan has been approved by the Board, but it will only become effective (the “Effective Date”) on the date after it is approved by the affirmative vote of the Company’s shareholders at the 2022 Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Effective Date. Pursuant to the action of the Board adopting the Plan, the date as of which this Plan is effective is the date it is approved by the Company’s shareholders.

Effective Date. The Plan shall be effective as of the date it has been approved by the Company’s shareholders (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. The effective date of the Plan shall be the date of its adoption by the Board, subject only to the approval by the affirmative vote of a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of shareholders at which a quorum is present to be held within twelve (12) months of such adoption. No Options or Awards shall vest hereunder unless such shareholder approval is obtained.

Effective Date” means January 17, 2024, or the date on which this Plan is approved by a vote of the shareholders of the Company, whichever is later.
