Effective Date; Revocation. Executive acknowledges and represents that he has been given ​​ days during which to review and consider the provisions of this Agreement and, specifically, the General Release set forth in Section 1 above. Executive further acknowledges and represents that he has been advised by the Company that he has the right to revoke this Agreement for a period of seven (7) days after signing it. Executive acknowledges and agrees that, if he wishes to revoke this Agreement, he must do so in a writing, signed by him and received by the Company no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the seventh (7th) day of the revocation period. If no such revocation occurs, the General Release and this Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following his execution of this Agreement.

Acknowledgement and Revocation Period. Executive agrees that he has carefully read this Release and is signing it voluntarily. Executive acknowledges that he has had twenty-one (21) days from receipt of this Release to review it prior to signing or that, if Executive is signing this Release prior to the expiration of such twenty-one (21) day period, Executive is waiving his right to review the Release for such full twenty-one (21) day period prior to signing it. Executive has the right to revoke this release within seven (7) days following the date of its execution by her. In order to revoke this Release, Executive must deliver notice of the revocation in writing to Company’s General Counsel before the expiration of the seven (7) day period. However, if Executive revokes this Release within such seven (7) day period, no severance benefit will be payable to him under the Employment Agreement and he shall return to the Company any such payment received prior to that date.

Revocation/Effective Date. This General Release Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the eighth day after Executive signs this General Release Agreement. In other words, Executive may revoke Executive’s acceptance of this General Release Agreement within seven (7) days after the date Executive signs it. Executive’s revocation must be in writing and received by the Company on or before the seventh day in order to be effective. If Executive does not revoke acceptance within the seven (7) day period, Executive’s acceptance of this General Release Agreement shall become binding and enforceable on the eighth day (“Effective Date”). The Severance Package will become due and payable after the Effective Date, provided Executive does not revoke.

Executive Releasor is aware that this Release (including, without limitation, Section 2 above) shall become null and void if he or she revokes his or her agreement to this Release within seven (7) days following the date of execution of this Release. Executive Releasor may revoke this Release at any time during such seven-day period by delivering (or causing to be delivered) to the Employer written notice of his or her revocation of this Release no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the seventh (7th) full day following the date of execution of this Release (the “Effective Date”). Executive Releasor agrees and acknowledges that a letter of revocation that is not received by such date and time will be invalid and will not revoke this Release.

Executive further acknowledges that he may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after signing it, provided that this Agreement will not become effective until such seven (7) day period has expired. To be effective, any such revocation must be in writing and delivered to Company's principal place of business by the close of business on the seventh (7th) day after signing the Agreement and must expressly state Executive's intention to revoke this Agreement. Provided that Executive does not timely revoke this Agreement, the eighth (8th) day following Executive's execution hereof shall be deemed the "Effective Date" of this Agreement.

Executive understands that after executing this Release, Executive has the right to revoke it within seven (7) days after his or her execution of it. Executive understands that this Release will not become effective and enforceable unless the seven (7) day revocation period passes and Executive does not revoke the Release in writing. Executive understands that this Release may not be revoked after the seven (7) day revocation period has passed. Executive also understands that any revocation of this Release must be made in writing and delivered to the Company at its principal place of business within the seven (7) day period.

Executive understands that after executing this Release, Executive has the right to revoke it within seven (7) days after his or her execution of it. Executive understands that this Release will not become effective and enforceable unless the seven (7) day revocation period passes and Executive does not revoke the Release in writing. Executive understands that this Release may not be revoked after the seven (7) day revocation period has passed. Executive also understands that any revocation of this Release must be made in writing and delivered to the Company at its principal place of business within the seven (7) day period.

Revocation Period and Effective Date. Executive has seven (7) calendar days after signing this Agreement to revoke it. To revoke this Agreement after signing it, Executive must deliver a written notice of revocation to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer before the seven (7) day period expires. This Agreement shall not become effective until the eighth (8th) calendar day after Executive signs it (“Effective Date”). If Executive revokes this Agreement, it will not become effective or enforceable, and he will not receive the benefits described in this Agreement.

Revocation. Executive further acknowledges that he understands that he has seven (7) days after signing this Release to revoke it by delivering to [[Person B:Person]]eral Counsel, , 8501 Williams Road, Estero, Florida 33928, written notification of such revocation within the seven (7)-day period. If Executive does not revoke this Release, this Release will become effective and irrevocable by him on the eighth day after he signs it (the "Effective Date"). If Executive revokes this Release, Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that this Release shall be null and void and of no further force and effect, and his termination of employment shall be treated as a resignation by him without good reason for all purposes.

Executive has forty-five (45) days from the Date of this Agreement (the “Review Period”) within which to decide whether to sign this Release Agreement. If Executive signs this Release Agreement, Executive may revoke this Release Agreement if, within seven (7) days after signing (the “Revocation Period”), Executive delivers notice in writing to an Executive Compensation Manager of Company.
