Effective Date and Term of Plan. The Plan shall become effective on the date on which it is adopted by the Board (the “Effective Date”). It is expressly intended that approval of the Company’s stockholders not be required as a condition to the effectiveness of the Plan, and the Plan’s provisions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with such intent for all purposes.

Effective Date of the Plan. The Plan shall become effective on the Effective Date, subject to approval of the stockholders of the Company within twelve months after the Effective Date.

"Effective Date" shall mean the date the Plan is adopted by the Board, subject to approval of the Plan by the Company's stockholders.

Term of Plan. The Plan shall become effective upon its adoption by the Board of Directors (the “Effective Date”). It shall continue in effect for a term of ten (10) years from the later of the Effective Date or the date any amendment to add shares to the Plan is approved by stockholders of the Company unless sooner terminated under Section 15 of the Plan.

Effective Date. Pursuant to the action of the Board adopting the Plan, the date as of which this Plan is effective is the date it is approved by the Company’s shareholders.
