Effective Date and Term. This Agreement will take effect as of # (“Effective Date”), and will remain in effect during Executive’s Employment (as defined in Section 2) and thereafter as to those provisions that expressly state that they will remain in effect after termination of Executive’s employment.

Effective Date and Term. This Agreement will take effect on September 8, 2020, your first day of employment (“Effective Date”) and will remain in effect during Executive’s Employment (as defined in [Section 2]) and thereafter as to those provisions that expressly state that they will remain in effect after termination of Executive’s employment.

Effective Date: Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of December 23, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue in effect until termination of the Executive’s employment as described herein, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of the Executive and the Company. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of this Agreement terminates is referred to herein as the “Term.”

SECTION # Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) will commence on the Effective Date, and will continue until # in the event the Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason other than the Executive’s Severance, the date of such termination of employment, or # in the event the Executive incurs a Severance, the date on which the Company has fulfilled all obligations owed to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement.

Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof (the “Effective Date”) until such time as the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to [Section 2.6] below (such period, the “Employment Term”).

Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first set forth above (the "Effective Date"). Following the Effective Date, the Executive shall continue to be an employee of the Company until such employment relationship is terminated in accordance with [Section 6] hereof (the "Term of Employment").

Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until the Company has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement following any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.

Employment Term. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, this Agreement shall be effective as of the date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). The Executive’s employment with the Company shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth below. The period of the Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until the earlier of # the parties’ satisfaction of their respective obligations under this Agreement or # the execution of a written agreement between the Company and the Executive terminating this Agreement.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following its execution by Executive (such date, the “Effective Date”); provided, that, Executive does not revoke this Agreement in accordance with Section 6(g) below. Subject to earlier termination in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 below, Executive shall be employed by the Company under the terms of this Agreement for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on June 30, 2020 (the “Term”). June 30, 2020, the date on which the Term expires, is hereafter referred to as the “Separation Date.”
