Effective Date and Term. The commencement date of this Agreement shall be as of April 2, 2018 (the “Commencement Date”). Subject to the provisions of Section 6, the term of Executive’s employment hereunder shall be two (2) years from the Commencement date, and shall be automatically extended for an additional one (1) year period unless either the Executive or the Employer gives written notice 30 days prior to the Expiration Date of such party’s election not to extend the terms of this Agreement (the “Term”). The last day of the Term is herein sometimes referred to as the “Expiration Date.”

Effective Date and Term. The commencement date of this Agreement shall be as of January 1, 2020 (the “Commencement Date”). Subject to the provisions of Section 6, the term of Executive’s employment hereunder shall be three (3) years from the Commencement date through December 31, 2022, and shall be automatically extended for an additional one (1) year period unless either the Executive or the Employer gives written notice one (1) year prior to the Expiration Date of such party’s election not to extend the terms of this Agreement (the “Term”). The last day of the Term is herein sometimes referred to as the “Expiration Date.”

Term of Employment. The term of this Agreement and Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on and as of the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with its terms, shall end on the date which is the second anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however, that on each anniversary of the Effective Date the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for an additional period of one year (such that the remaining term of this Agreement at the time of such extension will be two years) unless Employer, on the one hand, or Executive, on the other, gives the other Party written notice of its election to not permit the term of this Agreement to be so automatically extended at least 90 days prior to the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date. The term of this Agreement, as extended in accordance with the terms of this Section 3, is referred to herein as the “Term.”

Term: Commencing on the Effective Date and ending March 26, 2024 (the “Term Expiration Date”); provided, that, upon the Term Expiration Date this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, unless either party provides written notice to the other no less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the commencement of each such renewal term setting forth a desire to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of the then current term. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights or obligations of the parties hereunder arising out of, or relating to, circumstances occurring prior to the expiration of this Agreement, which rights and obligations will survive the termination of this Agreement and the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company.

Section # Commencement Date; Term. Employment of Executive shall continue on the terms herein from and after January 1, 2018 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue during the period ending on December 31, 2022, unless terminated prior to such date pursuant to Section 6 hereof. Following December 31, 2022, the term of the Agreement shall be extended for an additional year, on each anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless either party gives 180 days prior written notice that the term will not be extended (the “Employment Term”). The Employment Term shall terminate upon any termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 6 hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, prior to the Commencement Date the Prior Employment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and continue to govern the rights and obligations of the Executive and the Company.

The Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Term of Employment shall commence on February 18, 2019 (or such earlier date on which executive begins employment (the “Commencement Date”)) and continue until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 6 hereof (the “Term of Employment”); provided that on the third anniversary of the Commencement Date and on each anniversary thereafter (each, an “Extension Date”) the Term of Employment shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period unless at least 90 days prior to the next Extension Date, the Company or the Executive delivers a written notice to the other party that the Term of Employment shall not be so extended.

Section # Commencement Date; Term. The Employment Term shall terminate upon any termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 6 hereof. Term of Employment. The term of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on September 30, 2024, subject to extension and termination pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement (the “Term”). The Term will be automatically extended for a one-year period on September 30, 2024 and on each September 30th thereafter unless either the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other party no later than 60 days in advance of the expiration of then-current Term that the period of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement shall not be extended. As used in this Agreement, the word “Term” means the initial period of employment from the Effective Date until September 30, 2024, and includes any and every one-year extension of the period of employment under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Term shall automatically terminate on the Date of Termination (as defined below).

The Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Term of Employment shall commence on November 7, 2019 (or such earlier date on which executive begins employment (the “Commencement Date”)) and continue until the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 6 hereof (the “Term of Employment”); provided that on the third anniversary of the Commencement Date and on each anniversary thereafter (each, an “Extension Date”) the Term of Employment shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period unless at least 90 days prior to the next Extension Date, the Company or the Executive delivers a written notice to the other party that the Term of Employment shall not be so extended.
