Revocation Period and Effective Date. Dangel has seven (7) calendar days after signing this Agreement to revoke it. To revoke this Agreement after signing it, Dangel must deliver a written notice of revocation to the Company before the seven (7) day period expires. This Agreement shall not become effective until the eighth (8th) calendar day after Dangel signs it (“Revocation Expiration Date”). If Dangel revokes this Agreement, it shall not become effective or enforceable and Dangel shall not receive the benefits described in this Agreement.

Revocation Period and Effective Date. Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after Executive signs it. This Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signs it. If Executive timely revokes this Agreement, it will not become effective, and Executive will not receive the Retention Bonus.

For seven (7) days following his execution of this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”), Employee may revoke the Agreement and the Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the Revocation Period has expired. This Agreement shall not become effective until the 8th day after signature by Employee (“Effective Date”).

Effective Date. Employee understands that this Agreement shall be null and void if not executed by him within twenty-one (21) days. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”).

The Plan shall be ratified by the shareholders of the Company by written resolutions or at a meeting duly held in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Company’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association within 12 months of the Effective Date.

Effective Date. The effective date of this Agreement is the date on which the Company publicly announces the executive transition (the “Effective Date”).
