Employment. Except for directors or organizers, Optionee agrees to remain in the employ of, or otherwise affiliated with, the Company, or any subsidiary for at least one (1) year from the date the option is granted subject to prior termination at the discretion of the Board of Directors. This Agreement shall not obligate the Company or a Subsidiary to employ Optionee for any period, nor shall it interfere in any way with the right of the Company or a Subsidiary to increase or reduce Optionee’s compensation.

Employment. Employer has employed and hereby continues to employ Employee, and Employee hereby accepts such continued employment, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Employee shall be employed by Employer but may serve (and if requested by Employer shall serve) as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of Employer.

Employment. Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participant’s employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company.

Employment. Nothing in this Plan or an Award Agreement shall # interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company, its Affiliates, and/or its Subsidiaries, to terminate any Participant’s employment or service on the Board or to the Company, its Affiliates, and/or its Subsidiaries at any time or for any reason not prohibited by law, or # confer upon any Participant any right to continue his employment or service as a Non-employee Director for any specified period of time. Neither an Award nor any benefits arising under this Plan shall constitute an employment contract with the Company or any Affiliate or Subsidiary and, accordingly, subject to Articles 3 and 17, this Plan and the benefits hereunder may be terminated at any time in the sole and exclusive discretion of the Committee without giving rise to any liability on the part of the Company, its Affiliates, and/or its Subsidiaries.

Employment. Employer hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to perform services for Employer, for the period and on the other terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Employment. The Company hereby agrees to continue Employee's current employment on an at-will basis in accordance with provisions contained herein below. Employee shall continue to work from the Company's offices at ​, or such other place as may be reasonably agreed upon. Employee shall be subject to the supervision of, and shall have such authority as is delegated to him or her by the Chief Executive Officer, or the Board of Directors (the "Board"), as the case may be.

Employment. The Employer agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer, beginning as of August 11, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) and Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall terminate on the earlier of # December 31, 2018 or # the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement. The period from the Effective Date until the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to as the “Employment Period.” To the extent Executive remains employed by the Company after the expiration of the Employment Period, such employment will be subject to the terms and conditions to which the Company and Executive at that time will agree.

Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ Place and Place hereby accepts employment from the Company as President, CFO and a Director of the Company upon the terms and conditions, and for the time, as hereinafter set forth.

Employment. Employee was previously employed by Employer. The employment of Employee with Employer has ended as a result of Employee's retirement from Employer effective December 7, 2015.

EMPLOYMENT. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, and Employee hereby accepts such continued employment. Employee shall serve as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the third (3rd) anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. This Agreement shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (each, an “Extension Term” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives notice of non-extension to the other no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-applicable Term.
