No Effect on Employment or Service. Nothing in the Plan will interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participants employment or service at any time, with or without cause. Employment with the Company and its Affiliates is on an at-will basis only. For purposes of the Plan, transfer of employment of a Participant between the Company and any one of its Affiliates (or between Affiliates) will not be deemed a termination of employment. The Company expressly reserves the right, which may be exercised at any time and without regard to when during a Performance Period such exercise occurs, to terminate any individuals employment with or without cause, and to treat him or her without regard to the effect that such treatment might have upon him or her as a Participant.
Except as provided in subsection # below, if the Participants employment with the Company is terminated for any reason other than a Change in Control prior to the vesting of any Shares then held by the Participant, such Shares shall thereupon be forfeited immediately by the Participant and returned to the Company.
Effect of Voluntary Termination of Employment. To be eligible for supplemental retirement benefits under the Program a Participant shall not voluntarily Terminate Employment with the Company without the consent of the Compensation Committee for a period, not exceeding 60 calendar months, set by the Compensation Committee at the time he is designated a Participant. If a Participant voluntarily Terminates his or her Employment within such period, his or her participation in the Program shall terminate, he or she shall cease to be a Participant and (subject to Section 3.02) shall forfeit all benefits under the Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of this [Section 2.04], in no event shall an exercise by a Participant of his or her right to Terminate his or her Employment for “Good Reason” (as defined under any Change in Control Severance Agreement between the Participant and the Company) following a Corporate Change Vesting Event be deemed to be a voluntary Termination of Employment with the Company.
Effect. This Agreement will be binding in all respects on your heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, and on the successors and assigns of the Company.
Effect. Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the representations, warranties, terms, covenants and conditions of the Credit Documents shall remain unchanged and not waived and shall continue to be in full force and effect. This Amendment constitutes a Credit Document under the Credit Agreement.

In this regard, neither the transfer of a Participant from employment by an Employer to employment by an Affiliated Entity nor the transfer of a Participant from employment by an Affiliated Entity to employment by an Employer shall be deemed to be a Separation from Service by the Participant.
Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment, during the Contract Period upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Employment. The primary place of your employment will be in the Company’s home offices in the Seattle, Washington area, subject to the Company’s policies regarding working from a remote location and subject to reasonable business travel requirements.
