Employment. The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to accept such continued employment with the Company, in each case on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending as provided in paragraph 5 hereof (the “Employment Period”). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive shall be an at-will employee of the Company and the Executive or the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason or no reason at any time, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, including any obligations the Company may have pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof.

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Term. The Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall be employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement commencing as of the Effective Date and continuing until such employment is terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof (the “Term”). The Executive’s employment with the Company shall be “at will” meaning that the Executive’s employment may be terminated by the Company or the Executive at any time for any or no reason, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Employment. The Employer agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer, beginning as of August 11, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) and Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall terminate on the earlier of # December 31, 2018 or # the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement. The period from the Effective Date until the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to as the “Employment Period.” To the extent Executive remains employed by the Company after the expiration of the Employment Period, such employment will be subject to the terms and conditions to which the Company and Executive at that time will agree.

The Executive and the Company acknowledge that, except as may otherwise be provided under any other written agreement between the Executive and the Company, the employment of the Executive by the Company is "at will" and, prior to the Effective Date, the Executive's employment and this Agreement may be terminated by either the Executive or the Company at any time prior to the Effective Date, in which case the Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement. From and after the Effective Date this Agreement shall supersede any other agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its or its Affiliated Companies' employ, or both, as the case may be, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company, or its Affiliated Companies, or both, as the case may be, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (such period or, if shorter, the period from the Effective Date to the Date of Termination, is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its or its Affiliated Companies' employ, or both, as the case may be, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company, or its Affiliated Companies, or both, as the case may be, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (such period or, if shorter, the period from the Effective Date to the Date of Termination, is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, in each case, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder will be on an at-will basis. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law or Sections IV, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI of this Agreement, Executive’s employment with the Company may be terminated by Executive or the Company at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Employment Period. ​ will employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with ​, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter until the first to occur of the events described in Section 8(a) (the “Employment Period”).

Section # Employment Period. The Company and/or the Bank, as applicable, hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Period”). The Employment Period shall terminate upon the Executive’s termination of employment for any reason.
