Effect on Employment. Neither this Agreement nor anything contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon Employee the right to continue in the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates, or as interfering with or limiting the right of the Company to terminate the Employee's employment with or without cause at any time.

No Right to Employment. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or interfere with or restrict in any way with the right of the Company or any such Subsidiary to terminate his employment at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.

No Right to Employment. No Guarantee of Employment. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed to affect in any manner the existing rights of the Company to suspend, end, alter, or modify, whether or not for cause, the employment relationship of Employee and the Company.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement will confer upon you any right to continued employment with the Company (or its affiliates or their respective successors) or to interfere in any way with the right of the Company (or its affiliates or their respective successors) to terminate your employment at any time, without notice, and for any or no reason.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company, or a parent or subsidiary of the Company, to terminate Participant’s employment or consulting relationship, for any reason, with or without cause.
