Transfer Restrictions. The Performance RSUs are non-transferable and may not be assigned, pledged or hypothecated and shall not be subject to execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to effect any such disposition, or upon the levy of any such process, the Performance RSUs that have not been settled shall immediately be forfeited.

Transferability. Performance RSUs may not be assigned, alienated, pledged, attached, sold or otherwise transferred or encumbered by the Participant otherwise than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, and any purported assignment, alienation, pledge, attachment, sale, transfer or encumbrance not permitted by this Section 7 shall be void and unenforceable against the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate.

Transferability. The RSUs may not be sold, assigned, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise transferred, whether by operation of law or otherwise, nor may the RSUs be made subject to execution, attachment or similar process. If the Grantee attempts to do any of these things, the Grantee will immediately forfeit the RSUs.
