Limited Effect. Except as amended hereby, the Master Repurchase Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its respective terms.

As expressly modified as provided herein, the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

All other provisions of the Availability Agreement shall be deemed to continue in full force and effect.

Maturity. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a term ending on the Maturity Date.

Except as amended hereby, the Employment Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

the Commitments of the other Lenders shall continue in full force and effect; and

No Amendments. NJMC hereby represents and warrants that the Agreement, as described above, has not been supplemented or amended in any respect, is valid and in full force and effect, represents the entire agreement between the parties thereto, and will continue in full force and effect from and after the date hereof in accordance with its terms.
