The following statements are true with respect to the related Underlying Mortgaged Property: # the Underlying Mortgaged Property is located on or adjacent to a dedicated road or has access to an irrevocable easement permitting ingress and egress and # the Underlying Mortgaged Property is served by public or private utilities, water and sewer (or septic facilities) and otherwise appropriate for the use in which the Underlying Mortgaged Property is currently being utilised.
