The Executive is awarded the number of Restricted Stock Units or Cash Settled Restricted Stock Units (applicable for certain non-U.S. Executives only) specified in the Acceptance Certificate.
Subject to the provisions of paragraph (v), the Executive’s Restricted Stock Units or Cash Settled Restricted Stock Units shall vest in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth in the Acceptance Certificate.
