any net operating loss, excess interest deduction, or credit carryovers or carrybacks (or similar items with respect to carryovers or carrybacks) generated by any Blocker Pre-BCA Covered Tax Asset or Exchange Covered Tax Asset and available as of the Early Termination Date will be used by the Corporation on a pro rata basis from the Early Termination Date through # the scheduled expiration date of such loss carryovers or # if there is no such scheduled expiration, then the five-year anniversary of the date of the Early Termination Schedule;
