Effective Date. This Second Amendment shall not become effective until the date of satisfaction of the following conditions (the “Effective Date”):

Effective Date. The Plan was originally adopted by the Board on February 26, 2020, and became effective as of such date subject to stockholder approval (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. Employee has seven (7) days after he signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Employee before that date (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective and enforceable on the date both Parties sign the Agreement (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. This Supplemental Release will not become effective or enforceable until the eighth (8th) calendar day after Executive signs it (the “Effective Date”). If # this Supplemental Release fails to become effective and irrevocable on or prior to the 60th day following the Separation Date or (ii)(a) Executive revokes this Supplemental Release within the seven (7) day Revocation Period or # Executive fails to return an executed original within the required twenty‑one (21) day timeframe referenced above, the Parties shall have no obligations under this Supplemental Release, and this Supplemental Release shall be considered null and void.

Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of February 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. No provision of this Article 12 shall be effective unless and until the Board has determined to implement such provision.

Effective Date. This Plan is effective January 1, 2015 except where a special effective date is indicated herein.

Effective Date. The Parties agree that the changes agreed upon in this Third Amendment shall be effective in all respects as of the above-referenced Effective Date.

Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following execution by Ketkar, provided Ketkar does not revoke the Agreement before then (the "Effective Date"). Upon the Effective Date, the Parties hereto agree to be bound by all of its terms and provisions of the Agreement.
