Effective Date. Employee understands that this Agreement shall be null and void if not executed by Employee and received by the Company on or before April 5, 2021. This Agreement will become effective on the date it has been signed by both Parties (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. Executive has seven business days after Executive signs this Agreement to revoke it by delivering written notice to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and this Agreement will automatically become effective upon expiration of such seven business day period (the “Effective Date”), so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Executive before that date.

Effective Date. Executive understands that this Release shall become effective, irrevocable, and binding upon Executive on the day following the seventh (7th) business day from the date upon which Executive signs this Release, so long as Executive has not revoked it within the time period and in the manner specified in Section 3 above. Executive further understands that Executive will not be given any severance benefits under the Agreement unless this Release becomes effective pursuant to its terms.

Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective as of its due execution and delivery by each of the parties. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until terminated as hereinafter provided. This Agreement may only be amended by mutual written agreement of the parties hereto. This Agreement may be terminated by the Custodian or the Company pursuant to Section 12.2.

Effective Date. This Second Amendment shall not become effective until the date of satisfaction of the following conditions (the “Effective Date”):

Effective Date. This Agreement shall not be binding on [[Hub:Organization]] until signed by a representative of [[Hub:Organization]]. This Agreement shall be effective on the later of a) the 8th day after Employee signs this Agreement, if not revoked before then, or b) the date [[Hub:Organization]] signs this Agreement.
