Effective Date. Each party has seven days after that party signs this Agreement to revoke it and this release will become effective on the eighth day after Executive signs this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the parties and has not been revoked by either party before that date.

Effective Date. This Plan is amended and restated effective August 29, 2019 and shall apply only to a Participant who performs services as an Employee on and after such date.
