Effective Date. The Plan is effective as of January 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) and will remain in effect until it has been terminated pursuant to Section 7.5.

Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of February 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).

The Plan shall be effective as of the date of Committee approval and shall be in effect for the 1995 Plan Year and for all subsequent years that the Stock Plan remains in effect.

Effective Date. If the Employee has attained or is over the age of forty (40) as of the Date of Termination, then Employee has seven (7) days after signing this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by Employee before that date (the “Effective Date”). If the Employee has not attained the age of forty (40) as of the date of Employee’s termination of employment, then the “Effective Date” shall be the date on which Employee signs this Agreement.

Effective Date. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective on the eighth day after it has been executed by both of the parties (the “Effective Date”).
