EFFECTIVE DATE. Submission of this instrument for examination does not constitute an offer, right of first refusal, reservation of or option for the Leased Premises or any other space or premises in, on or about the Building. This instrument becomes effective as a Lease upon execution and delivery by both Landlord and Tenant (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of February 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
