Letter of Credit Reports. Unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # promptly following the end of each calendar month, the aggregate amount of Letters of Credit issued by it and outstanding at the end of such month, # on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letter of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), it being understood that such L/C Issuer shall not permit any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit to occur without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that it is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any payment under any Letter of Credit, the date of such payment under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such payment, # on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse any payment under any Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such L/C Issuer on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such payment and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request.
Reporting. Each L/C Issuer will report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on the first Business Day of each calendar month, the aggregate face amount of Letters of Credit issued by it and outstanding as of the last Business Day of the preceding calendar month (and on such other dates as the Administrative Agent may request), # on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance or amendment, and the aggregate face amount of Letters of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and such L/C Issuer shall advise the Administrative Agent on such Business Day whether such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred and whether the amount thereof changed), # on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any L/C Disbursement, the date and amount of such L/C Disbursement and # on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse an L/C Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such L/C Issuer on such day, the date and amount of such failure.
Issuing Bank Agreements. Unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # promptly following the end of each calendar month, the aggregate amount of Letters of Credit issued by it and outstanding at the end of such month, # on or prior to each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letter of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), it being understood that such Issuing Bank shall not permit any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit to occur without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that it is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any payment under any Letter of Credit, the date of such payment under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such payment, # on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse any payment under any Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such payment and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request.
Reporting. Unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall # provide to the Administrative Agent copies of any notice received from the Borrower pursuant to [Section 2.03(b)] no later than the next Business Day after receipt thereof and # report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer expects to issue, amend or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit to be issued, amended or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), and such L/C Issuer shall be permitted to issue, amend or extend such Letter of Credit if the Administrative Agent shall not have advised such L/C Issuer that such issuance, amendment or extension would not be in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any L/C Advance, the date of such L/C Advance and the amount of such L/C Advance and # on any other Business Day, such other information with respect to the outstanding Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request.
Issuing Bank Reports. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on or prior to each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank issues, amends, renews or extends any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the currency and aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amount thereof shall have changed), it being understood that such Issuing Bank shall not effect any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that such increase is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any LC Disbursement, the date, currency and amount of such LC Disbursement, # on any Business Day on which a Borrower fails to reimburse an LC Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and the currency and amount of such LC Disbursement and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
Issuing Bank Reporting Requirements. In addition to the notices required by [Section 3.5(B)], each Issuing Bank shall provide to the Administrative Agent, no later than the tenth (10th) Business Day following the last day of each month, and otherwise upon the Administrative Agent’s request, schedules, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, Agreed Currency and amount in such Agreed Currency, expiration date and the reference number of each Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount payable by the Company during such month. In addition, unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on or prior to each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letter of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), it being understood that such Issuing Bank shall not permit any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit to occur without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that it is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any payment under any Letter of Credit, the date of such payment under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such payment, # on any Business Day on which the applicable Borrower fails to reimburse any payment under any Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such payment and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request. Upon the request of any Revolving Loan Lender, the Administrative Agent will provide to such Lender information concerning such Letters of Credit.
for so long as any Letter of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer is outstanding, the L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent # on the last Business Day of each calendar month, # at all other times a Letter of Credit Report is required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, and # on each date that # an L/C Credit Extension occurs or # there is any expiration, cancellation and/or disbursement, in each case, with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a Letter of Credit Report appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer.
for so long as any Letter of Credit issued by a L/C Issuer is outstanding, such L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent # on the last Business Day of each calendar month, # at all other times a Letter of Credit Report is required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, and # on each date that # a L/C Credit Extension occurs or # there is any expiration, cancellation and/or disbursement, in each case, with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a Letter of Credit Report appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer.

In addition, unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on or prior to each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letter of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), it being understood that such Issuing Bank shall not permit any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit to occur without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that it is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any payment under any Letter of Credit, the date of such payment under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such payment, # on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse any payment under any Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such payment and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request. Upon the request of any Revolving Loan Lender, the Administrative Agent will provide to such Lender information concerning such Letters of Credit.
Issuing Bank Reports to the Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section, report in writing to the Administrative Agent # periodic activity (for such period or recurrent periods as shall be requested by the Administrative Agent) in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank, including all issuances, extensions, amendments and renewals, all expirations and cancellations and all disbursements and reimbursements, # within five Business Days following the time that such Issuing Bank issues, amends, renews or extends any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the face amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amounts thereof shall have changed), # on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any LC Disbursement, the date and amount of such LC Disbursement, # on any Business Day on which a Borrower fails to reimburse an LC Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and amount of such LC Disbursement and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
