“Credit Extension” means each of (i) the making of a Revolving Loan or (ii) the issuance, amendment, modification, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit (other than any such amendment, modification, renewal or extension that does not increase the Stated Amount of the relevant Letter of Credit).

“Credit Extension” means the making of a Loan or the issuance, amendment (if increasing the face amount thereof) or extension of a Letter of Credit.

“Credit Extension” means the making of a Loan or the issuance of a Letter of Credit by a Lender or Issuing Lender, as the case may be.

“Credit Extension” means a Revolving Credit Borrowing, a Term Loan Borrowing, an L/C Credit Extension or a Swing Line Borrowing, as the context may require.

“Credit Extension” means each of the following: # a Revolving Credit Borrowing, # an L/C Credit Extension and # a Swing Line Borrowing.

“Credit Extension” means a Borrowing, the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit, an LC Disbursement or any of the foregoing.

“Credit Extension” means the making of an Advance or the issuance or Modification increasing the amount or extending the expiry date of a Letter of Credit.

“Credit Extension” means any extension of credit of any type denominated in Dollars under the Existing Agreement, the Amended Agreement, any other Existing Document or any other Amended Document, whether characterized as a loan, term loan, revolving loan, swingline loan, daylight overdraft loan, bid loan, advance, borrowing, credit extension, letter of credit or other financial accommodation, and whether constituting a new extension of credit, the renewal, extension of the expiry date or reinstatement or increase in the amount of an existing extension of credit or a conversion or continuation of an existing extension of credit.
