Duties. During the Term, Executive shall serve on a full-time basis as [—] for ​. During the Employment Term, Executive shall have such duties, authorities, and responsibilities commensurate with his positions and such other duties and responsibilities consistent with Executive’s positions as shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the [[Organization A:Organization]] of the Company. The Executive shall have such duties and responsibilities of the Executive’s Position and such other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably consistent with the Executive’s Position as the Company may request from time to time and Executive shall perform such duties and carry out such responsibilities to the best of the Executive’s ability for the purpose of advancing the business of the Company and its subsidiaries, if any (jointly and severally, “Related Entities”). The Executive shall observe and conform to the applicable policies and directives promulgated from time to time by the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or by any superior officer(s) of the Company.
