Section # Duties of Employee. Employee is engaged to serve as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Employer and to perform such duties and responsibilities as are customarily performed by persons acting in such capacity or such other duties as may be assigned by Employer from time to time. Employee shall report to the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer and shall perform his duties in accordance with the policies and objectives established by Employer.
