Termination by Executive. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Termination for Cause described below, but otherwise Executive's salary and benefits will remain unchanged during the notification period.

Termination by Executive. The Executivethe Company without Cause. Termination by the Company; Termination by Executive. The Company’s board of managers may terminate this Agreement and Executive’s employment hereunder, at any time, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Executive, or such shorter period as may be agreed upon by Executive. Executive may also terminate histhis Agreement and her employment at any time during the course of this agreement by giving f weeks’hereunder, upon 30 days’ prior written notice in writing to the BoardBoard, or such shorter period as may be agreed upon by the Company’s board of Directors of [[the Company:Organization]]. During the notice period, Executive must fulfill all his dutiesmanagers and responsibilities set forth above and use his best effortsExecutive. In such event, no additional payments or benefits shall be due hereunder, except as may be provided under a separate plan, policy or program evidencing a retirement or other benefit plan or as may be required by law to train and support his replacement, if any. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Termination for Cause described below, but otherwise Executive's salary and benefits will remain unchanged during the notification period.be provided.
