Options. (i) Grant. The Committee is authorized to grant Options to Participants with such terms and conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan, as the Committee shall determine. The Award Agreement shall specify:

Terms and Conditions of Options. Each option granted under the Plan shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement. Such agreement shall be subject to the following express terms and conditions and to such other terms and conditions as the Committee may deem appropriate:
