Duplicate Originals; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of duplicate originals and each duplicate original shall be deemed to be an original. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which counterparts shall be deemed an original instrument and all of which together shall constitute a single Agreement. The failure of any party hereto to execute this Agreement, or any counterpart hereof, shall not relieve the other signatories from their obligations hereunder.

Counterparts; Facsimile. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile copy of this Second Amendment and any signatures hereon shall be considered for all purposes as originals.

Counterparts; Facsimile. This Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties to this Amendment on any number of separate counterparts and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. A set of the copies of this Amendment signed by all the parties shall be lodged with the ​ and the ​. This Amendment may be validly delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of the signature page hereof. The words “execution,” “execute”, “signed,” “signature,” and words of like import in or related to any document to be signed in connection with this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be deemed to include electronic signatures, the electronic matching of assignment terms and contract formations on electronic platforms approved by the ​, or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity or enforceability as a manually executed signature or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping system, as the case may be, to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the New York State Electronic Signatures and Records Act, or any other similar state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Management Agreement may be executed manually, by facsimile or by scan and email by the Parties hereto, in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when a counterpart hereof shall have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Party.

Counterparts; Facsimile/Email. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original and it shall not be necessary in making proof of this Amendment to produce or account for more than one such counterpart. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by telecopy or electronic mail by any party hereto shall be effective as such party’s original executed counterpart.

COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in duplicate originals, each of which is equally admissible in evidence, and each original shall fully bind each party who executed it. An e-mailed or facsimile copy of the signature may be submitted as proof of execution; however, Executive shall send the original executed agreement by U.S. Mail to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer no later than three (3) days after signature.

This agreement may be executed by pdf or facsimile and in any number of counterparts (including counterparts by facsimile) and all such counterparts taken together will be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Management Agreement may be executed manually, by facsimile or by scan and email by the Parties hereto, in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when a counterpart hereof shall have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Party.

This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one (1) and the same instrument. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile, .pdf or other electronically transmitted signatures and such signatures shall be deemed to bind each Party hereto as if they were original signatures.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which will be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, and any party hereto may execute this Agreement by signing any such counterpart. A facsimile signature by any party on a counterpart of this Agreement shall be binding and effective for all purposes. Such party shall subsequently deliver to the other party an original, executed copy of this Agreement; provided, however, that a failure of such party to deliver an original, executed copy shall not invalidate Executive's or its signature.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in duplicate counterparts, each of which when so executed will be deemed to be an original and both of which when taken together will constitute one and the same instrument. Either party may execute this Agreement by facsimile or electronic signature.

Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other means of electronic communication and upon such delivery by facsimile or other means of electronic communication, including without limitation in portable document format, the signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.

Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of such counterparts shall constitute one agreement. To facilitate execution of this First Amendment, the parties may execute and exchange facsimile counterparts of the signature pages and facsimile counterparts shall serve as originals.

Section #. Counterparts; Facsimile Delivery

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts each of which when executed and delivered shall constitute a duplicate original, but all the counterparts shall together constitute the one agreement. No counterpart shall be effective until each party has executed and delivered at least one counterpart.

This Amendment No. 4 may be executed in several counterparts and all so executed counterparts shall constitute one agreement, binding on both Parties hereto, notwithstanding that both Parties may not be signatories to the original or the same counterpart. For all purposes, duplicate unexecuted and unacknowledged pages of the counterparts may be discarded and the remaining pages assembled as one document.
