Conflict; No Further Modification. In the event of any conflict between the terms and provisions of the Lease and the terms and provisions of this Amendment, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall prevail. Except as specifically set forth in this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

Conflict. If there is any conflict between the terms, conditions and provisions of this Amendment and of the Lease, the terms, conditions and provisions of this Amendment shall prevail.

No Further Modification. Except as set forth in this Third Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Lease and the terms and conditions of this Third Amendment, the terms and conditions of this Third Amendment shall prevail.

No Further Modification. Except as specifically set forth in this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all terms, covenants and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect and are hereby expressly ratified and confirmed. This Amendment reflects the entire agreement of the parties with respect to amending the terms of the Lease and this Amendment supersedes all prior discussions and understandings regarding the amendment of the Lease. With respect to the subject matter hereof, neither party will be bound by any understanding, agreement, promise, representation or stipulation, express or implied, not specified herein.

No Other Modifications. Except as otherwise provided herein, all other terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, unmodified by this First Amendment.
