PATRIOT ACT NOTIFICATION. [[Organization B:Organization]] hereby notifies [[Organization A:Organization]] that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act, Title III of Pub. L. 107-56, signed into law October 26, 2001 (“Patriot Act”), [[Organization B:Organization]] is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies [[Organization A:Organization]], which information includes the names and addresses of [[Organization A:Organization]] and other information that will allow [[Organization B:Organization]] to identify [[Organization A:Organization]] in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Section # USA Patriot Act Notice. The [[Organization B:Organization]] hereby notifies the [[Organization A:Organization]] that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107‑56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identities the [[Organization A:Organization]], which information includes the name and address of the [[Organization A:Organization]] and other information that will allow the [[Organization B:Organization]] to identify the [[Organization A:Organization]] in accordance with the Act.

SECTION # Patriot Act Notice. Each [[Organization B:Organization]] that is subject to the Act (as hereinafter defined) and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any [[Organization B:Organization]]) hereby notifies the [[Organization A:Organization]] that, pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107‑56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the [[Organization A:Organization]], which information includes the name and address of the [[Organization A:Organization]] and other information that will allow such [[Organization B:Organization]] or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the [[Organization A:Organization]] in accordance with the Act.

Section # Patriot Act Notice. Each [[Organization B:Organization]] that is subject to the Act (as hereinafter defined) and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any [[Organization B:Organization]]) hereby notifies the [[Organization A:Organization]] that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the [[Organization A:Organization]], which information includes the name and address of the [[Organization A:Organization]] and other information that will allow such [[Organization B:Organization]] or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the [[Organization A:Organization]] in accordance with the Patriot Act.

SECTION # Patriot Act Notification. Each Lender and the [[Organization B:Organization]] (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the [[Organization A:Organization]] that pursuant to the requirements of Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub.L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) and the promulgated regulations thereto (the “Patriot Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the [[Organization A:Organization]], which information includes the name and address of the [[Organization A:Organization]] and other information that will allow such Lender or the [[Organization B:Organization]], as applicable, to identify the [[Organization A:Organization]] in accordance with the Patriot Act. The [[Organization A:Organization]] shall provide, to the extent commercially reasonable, such information and take such actions as are reasonably requested by the [[Organization B:Organization]] or any [[Organization C:Organization]] in order to assist the [[Organization B:Organization]] and the [[Organization C:Organization]] in maintaining compliance with the Patriot Act.
