Notification. Each Party will promptly notify the other Party in writing of any actual, potential, suspected or threatened infringement, misappropriation or other violation in the Territory by a Third Party of any Licensed Patent Right in the Field of which it becomes aware (“Third Party Infringement”).

Notification of Infringement. Each Party agrees to provide written notice to the other Party promptly after becoming aware of any activity which it reasonably believes constitutes infringement of the Patent Rights by a third party and of any available evidence thereof.

Notice. Each Party shall provide to the other Party prompt written notice of any actual or threatened infringement of the Product Trademarks in the Territory and of any actual or threatened claim that the use of the Product Trademarks in the Territory violates the rights of any Third Party, in each case, of which such Party becomes aware.
