Notification of Infringement. Each Party agrees to provide written notice to the other Party promptly after becoming aware of any activity which it reasonably believes constitutes infringement of the Patent Rights by a third party and of any available evidence thereof.
Notification. Each Party will promptly notify the other Party in writing of any actual, potential, suspected or threatened infringement, misappropriation or other violation in the Territory by a Third Party of any Licensed Patent Right in the Field of which it becomes aware (“Third Party Infringement”).
Enforcement of Patents. Each Party shall promptly notify the other in the event it becomes aware of any actual or probable infringement of any Patent within the Licensed Patent Rights.
