Reimbursement of Legal Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for all reasonable legal fees incurred by him in connection with the negotiation, drafting and execution of this Agreement.
Legal Expenses. Company shall pay to Executive all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by her in seeking to obtain or enforce any rights or benefits provided by this Agreement to the extent she prevails in such efforts.
The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for the legal fees that he has incurred in connection with the review, negotiation and drafting of this Agreement provided that he provides the Company with a copy of the written invoice from his counsel evidencing same.
