Amendments to the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, with stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: stricken text or stricken text) to indicate deletions of text and double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: double-underlined text or double-underlined text) to indicate insertions of text.
