Domestic Relations Order. The Committee may permit accelerated payment of a [Section 409A] Award deferral to the extent necessary to comply with the terms of a domestic relations order (as defined in Code Section 414(p)(1)(B) of the Code), as provided in Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(j)(4)(ii).

Domestic Relations Order. A payment may be accelerated if such payment is made to an alternate payee pursuant to and following the receipt and qualification of a domestic relations order as defined in Code Section 414(p).

Qualified Domestic Relations Order. Section 14.2 shall not apply to a “qualified domestic relations order” defined in Code Section 414(p), and such other domestic relations orders permitted to be so treated under the provisions of the Retirement Equity Act of 1984. Further, to the extent provided under a “qualified domestic relations order,” a former Spouse of a Participant shall be treated as the Spouse or surviving Spouse for all purposes under the Plan.

Domestic Relations Orders. Upon receiving written permission from the Board or its duly authorized designee, and provided that you and the designated transferee enter into transfer and other agreements required by the Company, you may transfer your right to receive the distribution of Common Stock or other consideration hereunder, pursuant to a domestic relations order, marital settlement agreement or other divorce or separation instrument as permitted by applicable law that contains the information required by the Company to effectuate the transfer. You are encouraged to discuss the proposed terms of any division of this Award with the Company General Counsel prior to finalizing the domestic relations order or marital settlement agreement to verify that you may make such transfer, and if so, to help ensure the required information is contained within the domestic relations order or marital settlement agreement.

No benefit payable under the Plan shall be subject in any manner to anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, encumbrance, charge, garnishment, execution or levy of any kind, either voluntary or involuntary, prior to actually being received by the person entitled to such benefit under the terms of the Plan; and any attempt to anticipate, alienate, sell, transfer, assign, pledge, encumber, charge or otherwise dispose of any right to a benefit payable hereunder shall be void. However, neither of the following shall constitute a violation of this Section 8.10:

Qualified Domestic Relations Order means a Domestic Relations Order that:

Effective as of ​, a domestic relations order that otherwise satisfies the requirements for a "qualified domestic relations order" will not fail to be a "qualified domestic relations order": # solely because the order is issued after, or revises, another domestic relations order or "qualified domestic relations order"; or # solely because of the time at which the order is issued, including issuance after the Annuity Starting Date or after the Participant's death.

Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Except as may be expressly provided in the applicable Award Agreement, an Award may be transferred, to a Permitted Transferee, pursuant to a domestic relations order entered or approved by a court of competent jurisdiction upon delivery to the Company of written notice of such transfer and a certified copy of such order.

Distribution due to Qualified Domestic Relations Order. A distribution may be allowed for a “qualified domestic relations order” (“QDRO”) as described in Code Section 414(p). The Committee shall establish procedures to determine whether any domestic relations order submitted to the Committee is a QDRO and to administer distributions under any valid QDROs. If the Committee, in its discretion, determines a domestic relations order to be a QDRO, the Committee shall direct payment hereunder as it deems necessary to comply with such QDRO.

“Domestic Relations Order” has the meaning specified in Code Section 414(p)(1)(B).
