“Domestic Subsidiary” means any Subsidiary of any Borrower that is organized under the laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia, and “Domestic Subsidiaries” means any two or more of them. Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all references to Domestic Subsidiaries will mean Domestic Subsidiaries of any Borrower.
“Domestic Subsidiary” means any Subsidiary of the Borrower organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
“Domestic Subsidiary” shall mean each Subsidiary of the Borrower that is organized under the laws of the United States or any state or district thereof.

Domestic Subsidiary means any Subsidiary organized under the laws of any political subdivision of the United States, but excluding any Subsidiary of the Borrower directly or indirectly owned by a Subsidiary organized under the laws of any political subdivision outside than the United States.
“Domestic Subsidiary Borrower” means any Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.
“Domestic Subsidiary” means any Subsidiary incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia.
