Dispositions of property by any Subsidiary to the Company or to a wholly-owned Subsidiary; provided that except to the extent that such Disposition is permitted as an Investment under [Section 7.02] # if the transferor in such a transaction is a Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary or is a Domestic Subsidiary Guarantor, then the transferee must be the Company, a Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary or a Domestic Subsidiary Guarantor and # if the transferor in such a transaction is a Designated Borrower that is a Foreign Subsidiary or is a Foreign Subsidiary Guarantor, then the transferee must be the Company, a Designated Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor;

Dispositions of property by any Subsidiary to the Borrower or to a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary; provided that if the transferor of such property is a Guarantor, the transferee thereof must either be the Borrower or a Guarantor;

Dispositions of property by any Subsidiary to the Borrower or to a wholly‑owned Subsidiary; provided that if the transferor of such property is a Guarantor, the transferee thereof must either be the Borrower or a Guarantor;

Dispositions of property by any Subsidiary to the Borrowers or to any Wholly Owned Subsidiary thereof; provided that if the transferor of such property is a Guarantor, the transferee thereof must either be a Borrower or a Guarantor;

Dispositions of property to the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary; provided that if the transferor of such property is a Loan Party, # the transferee thereof must be a Loan Party or # if such transaction constitutes an Investment, such transaction is permitted under ‎[Section 7.02];

Dispositions of property by any Subsidiary of the Borrower to the Borrower or to another Subsidiary of the Borrower; provided that if the transferor is an Unencumbered Property Subsidiary, the transferee thereof must be an Unencumbered Property Subsidiary;
