“Trademarks” means all trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, Internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate/company names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

“Trademarks” means U.S. and foreign registered and unregistered trademarks, trade dress, service marks, logos, trade names, corporate names, assumed names, any and all common law rights thereto, all registrations and applications to register the same and all renewals, and all goodwill associated therewith and symbolized thereby.

“Trademark” means any trademark, trade name, service mark, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

“Trademarks” means, together with the goodwill associated therewith, all trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, distinguishing guises and indicia, whether or not registered, including all common law rights, and registrations, applications for registration and renewals thereof, including, but not limited to, all marks registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the trademark offices of the states and territories of the United States of America, and the trademark offices of other nations throughout the world, and all rights therein provided by multinational treaties or conventions.

“Trademarks” shall mean, collectively, all of each Grantor’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, corporate and company names, business names, logos, trade dress, trade styles, other source of business identifiers, designs, Domain Names (to the extent such Domain Name constitutes a trade name, corporate or company name, business name, logo, trade dress, trade style, other source of business identifier or design), and General Intangibles of a similar nature under the Laws of the United States, all recordings and registrations thereof and applications therefor, all renewals and extensions thereof, all rights corresponding thereto, and all goodwill associated therewith or symbolized thereby.

“Trademarks” means trade names, logos, common law trademarks and service marks, trademark and service mark registrations and applications therefor.

“Trademarks” means, with respect to any Person, all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by such Person: # all trademarks, service marks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, trade dress, logos, other source or business identifiers, designs and general intangibles of like nature, now existing or hereafter adopted or acquired, all registrations thereof, and all registrations and applications filed in connection therewith, including registrations and applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any similar offices in any State of the United States, and all extensions or renewals thereof, # all goodwill associated therewith or symbolized thereby and # all other assets, rights and interests that uniquely reflect or embody such goodwill.

“Trademarks” means, collectively, with respect to each Grantor, all trademarks (including service marks), slogans, logos, symbols, certification marks, collective marks, trade dress, uniform resource locators (URL’s), domain names, corporate names and trade names, whether statutory or common law, whether registered or unregistered and whether established or registered in the United States or any other country or any political subdivision thereof, including those listed in [Schedule 5] hereof, that are owned by or assigned to such Grantor, all registrations and applications for the foregoing and all tangible embodiments of the foregoing, together with, in each case, the goodwill symbolized thereby and any and all # rights and privileges arising under applicable law and international treaties and conventions with respect to such Grantor’s use of any trademarks, # reissues, continuations, extensions and renewals thereof and amendments thereto, # income, fees, royalties, damages and payments now and hereafter due and/or payable thereunder and with respect thereto, including damages, claims and payments for past, present or future infringements thereof, # rights corresponding thereto throughout the world and # rights to sue for past, present and future infringements thereof.
