if ​ cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​ shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​ cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​ shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [SectionSection 2.12(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​ cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​ cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’Bank’s LCL/C Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii)(2) above], ​ shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting LenderBank pursuant to [Section 2.12(b)[subsection 3.3(a)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’Bank’s LCL/C Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’Bank’s LCL/C Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Company cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Company shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(11(b)(i)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Borrower cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrower shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(11(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Borrowers cash collateralizescollateralize any portion of such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Borrowers cash collateralizescollateralize any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(11(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Borrower cash collateralizes any portion of such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrower shall not be required to pay any fees to such Defaulting Lender pursuant to [Section 2.12(b)18(d)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’Lender’s LC Exposure is cash collateralized;

if ​the Borrowers cash collateralizescollateralize any portion of such Defaulting Lender’[[Organization A:Organization]]’s unfunded LC Exposure pursuant to [clause (ii) above], ​the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any fees, and such fees shall not accrue, to such Defaulting Lender[[Organization A:Organization]] pursuant to [Section 2.12(3.4(b)] with respect to such Defaulting Lender’[[Organization A:Organization]]’s unfunded LC Exposure during the period such Defaulting Lender’[[Organization A:Organization]]’s unfunded LC Exposure is cash collateralized;
