“LC Exposure” means, with respect to any Lender at any time, such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the Total LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, with respect toat any time, the sum of the Commercial LC Exposure and the Standby LC Exposure at such time. The LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time, such Lender’stime shall be its Applicable Percentage of the Totalaggregate LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, with respect toat any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time, such Lender’stime shall be its Applicable Percentage of the Totaltotal LC Exposure at such time.

““LC Exposure”Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of # the aggregate amount of all Letters of Credit remaining available for drawing at such time (assuming compliance at such time with respectall conditions to drawing) and # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time, such Lender’stime shall be its Applicable Percentage of the Totaltotal LC Exposure at such time, adjusted to give effect to any reallocation under [Section 2.19] of the LC Exposures of Defaulting Lenders in effect at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, with respect to any Lender at any time, suchthe sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the TotalLoans and its LC Exposure at such time.

“LC Exposure” means, with respect to any LenderExposure: at any time, such Lender’stime shall be the dollar amount represented by the Applicable Percentage of the TotalOverall LC Exposure at such time.

““LC Exposure”Exposure” means, withat any time, the sum of # the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time (including any Letter of Credit for which a draft has been presented but not yet honored by any Issuing Bank) plus # the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect toof such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Multicurrency Lender at any time, such Lender’stime shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the Totaltotal Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time and the LC Exposure of any Dollar Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Dollar Percentage of the total Dollar LC Exposure at such time.
