Dollar Equivalent contract clause examples

Dollar Equivalent” means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars, as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Alternative Currency.

Dollar Equivalent” is, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in a Foreign Currency, the equivalent amount therefor in Dollars as determined by Bank at such time on the basis of the then-prevailing rate of exchange in San Francisco, California, for sales of the Foreign Currency for transfer to the country issuing such Foreign Currency.

Dollar Equivalent” means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in a Foreign Currency, the equivalent amount therefor in Dollars as determined by Bank at such time on the basis of the then-prevailing rate of exchange for sales of the Foreign Currency for transfer to the country issuing such Foreign Currency. As appropriate, amounts specified herein as amounts in dollars shall refer to a Dollar Equivalent amount.

Dollar Equivalent” means, (i) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, (ii) with respect to a Foreign Currency Loan to be made, the Dollar equivalent of the amount of such Foreign Currency Loan, determined by the Administrative Agent on the basis of its spot rate at approximately 11:00 A.M. London time on the date two Business Days before the date such Foreign Currency Loan is to be made, for the purchase of the relevant Designated Foreign Currency with Dollars for delivery on the date such Foreign Currency Loan is to be made, (iii) with respect to any Letter of Credit to be issued in any Designated Foreign Currency, the Dollar equivalent of the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit, determined by the applicable Issuing Bank on the basis of its spot rate at approximately 11:00 A.M. London time on the date two Business Days before the issuance of such Letter of Credit, for the purchase of the relevant Designated Foreign Currency with Dollars for delivery on such date of issuance, and (iv) with respect to any other amount not denominated in Dollars, and with respect to Foreign Currency Loans and Letters of Credit issued in any Designated Foreign Currency at any other time, the Dollar equivalent of such amount, Foreign Currency Loan or Letter of Credit, as the case may be, determined by the Administrative Agent on the basis of its spot rate at approximately 11:00 A.M. London time on the date for which the Dollar equivalent amount of such amount, Foreign Currency Loan or Letter of Credit, as the case may be, is being determined, for the purchase of the relevant Designated Foreign Currency with Dollars for delivery on such date.

Dollar Equivalent shall mean, with respect to any amount of any currency, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed in Dollars.

Dollar Equivalent” is, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in a Foreign Currency, the equivalent amount therefor in Dollars as determined by Bank at such time on the basis of the then-prevailing rate of exchange in San Francisco, California, for sales of the Foreign Currency for transfer to the country issuing such Foreign Currency.

Dollar Equivalent” is, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in a Foreign Currency, the equivalent amount therefor in Dollars as determined by Bank at such time on the basis of the then-prevailing rate of exchange in San Francisco, California, for sales of the Foreign Currency for transfer to the country issuing such Foreign Currency.

Dollar Equivalent” means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Alternative Currency, as the case may be.

Dollar Equivalent”: with respect to an amount denominated in any currency other than Dollars, the equivalent in Dollars of such amount determined at the Exchange Rate on the most recent Calculation Date.

Dollar Equivalent” shall mean, on any date of determination, (a) with respect to any amount in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount in any Alternate Currency, the equivalent in Dollars of such amount, determined by the General Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 1.05 using the Exchange Rate with respect to such Alternate Currency at the time in effect under the provisions of such Section.
