Division. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, neither the Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries shall divide or enter into any plan of division pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (or any similar statute or provision under applicable law).

The Lessor may at any time during the term of this Lease divide the Land or the Building pursuant to Part [[Identifier]] of the Real Property Act 1886 and sell any allotment on a plan of division or consolidate the Land into one or more titles. The Lessee shall not object to or obstruct any such division, redevelopment, sale or consolidation and if this Lease has been registered at the Lands Titles Office or if the Lessee has lodged a caveat against the title to the Land, the Lessee shall promptly grant at no cost to the Lessor its consent in writing to the registration of any plan of division or consolidation.
