Dividends on Restricted Stock. During the Period of Restriction, the Participant shall be entitled to receive any cash dividends paid with respect to the Shares of Restricted Stock regardless of whether the Period of Restriction has not lapsed. All stock dividends paid with respect to Shares of Restricted Stock shall be # added to the Restricted Stock, and # subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan.

During the Period of Restriction, the Participant shall be entitled to receive any cash dividends paid with respect to the Shares of Restricted Stock regardless of whether the Period of Restriction has not lapsed. All stock dividends paid with respect to Shares of Restricted Stock shall be # added to the Restricted Stock, and # subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan.

Dividends and Other Distributions. Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, during the Period of Restriction, recipients of Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to those Shares; provided, however, that any such dividends or distributions shall in all cases be subject to the same restrictions, vesting and payment (including any restrictions on transferability and the rules for custody) as the Shares of Restricted Stock to which they are attributable.

During the Period of Restriction, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to vote such Restricted Stock and shall be credited with any cash dividends paid with respect to such Shares while they are so held, and such dividends shall be paid to the Participants if and when their rights vest at the end of the Period of Restriction.

Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Agreement, recipients of Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to those Shares, provided, however, that no dividends or other distributions shall be paid with respect to Shares of Restricted Stock subject to performance criteria unless and until such performance criteria have been met. If any such dividends or distributions are paid in Shares, such Shares shall be subject to the same restrictions on transferability as the Shares of Restricted Stock with respect to which they were paid.

Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, during the Period of Restriction, Participants holding Restricted Stock Units shall have added to their rights all dividends and other distributions which would have been paid with respect to the Shares represented by those Restricted Stock Units if such Shares were outstanding; provided, however, that any such deemed dividends or distributions shall in all cases be subject to the same restrictions, vesting and payment as the Restricted Stock Units to which they are attributable.

The Restricted Stock shall have the rights to dividends or dividend equivalents, as applicable, during the Restriction Period. Such dividends or dividend equivalents will accrue during the Restriction Period, but not be paid until restrictions lapse. Subject to the aforementioned and issuance of dividends or dividend equivalents on the Corporation’s common stock, dividends will be paid in cash.

Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, Service Providers holding Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to such Shares unless otherwise provided in the Award Agreement. If any dividends or distributions are paid in Shares, the Shares shall be subject to the same restrictions on transferability and forfeitability as the Shares of Restricted Stock with respect to which they were paid.

Section # Dividends. Any grant of Shares of Restricted Stock may require that any or all dividends or other distributions paid thereon during the applicable Period of Restriction be either paid currently or automatically deferred and reinvested in additional Shares of Restricted Stock, which may be subject to the same restrictions as the underlying Award; provided, however, that dividends or other distributions on Shares of Restricted Stock with restrictions that lapse as a result of the achievement of Performance Targets will be deferred until and paid contingent upon the achievement of the applicable Performance Targets.

7.7Dividends and Other Distributions. Except as otherwise determined by the Committee and set forth in the Award Agreement, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to the underlying Shares or dividend equivalents during the Period of Restriction.
