Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, Service Providers holding Shares of Restricted Stock may exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares, unless the Award Agreement provides otherwise.

Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, Service Providers holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder may exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares, unless the Administrator determines otherwise.

Section # Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder may exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares, unless the applicable Award Agreement provides otherwise.

Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, the Participant may exercise all voting rights with respect to the Shares of Restricted Stock as if he or she is the owner thereof.

VOTING RIGHTS. Unless otherwise designated by the Committee at the time of grant, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder may exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares during the Period of Restriction.

7.6Voting Rights. Except as otherwise determined by the Committee and set forth in the Award Agreement, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder shall have voting rights during the Period of Restriction. A Participant shall have no voting rights with respect to any Restricted Stock Units granted hereunder.

Voting Rights. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee and set forth in a Participant’s Award Agreement, to the extent permitted or required by law, as determined by the Committee, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock awarded hereunder shall have the right to exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares during the Period of Restriction. A Participant shall have no voting rights with respect to any Restricted Stock Units or Deferred Stock Units awarded hereunder until Shares are issued.

Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, the Participant may exercise full voting rights with respect to the Award Shares.

Voting Rights. Unless otherwise determined by the Compensation Committee and set forth in a Participant’s Award Agreement, to the extent permitted or required by law, as determined by the Compensation Committee, Participants holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder may be granted the right to exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares during the Period of Restriction. There shall be no voting rights with respect to any Restricted Stock Units granted hereunder.
