Required Minimum Distributions. Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, all distributions under the Plan will be made in accordance with the minimum distribution requirements of section 401(a)(9) of the Code and the final Regulations promulgated thereunder, including without limitation the incidental death benefit requirements of [section 401(a)(9)(G)] of the Code and the requirements of Treasury Regulation [section 1.401(a)(9)], to the extent applicable.

Required minimum distributions (Code §401(a)(9)). Notwithstanding any provision in the Plan to the contrary, distributions upon the death of a Participant shall comply with the requirements of Section 6.8.

-6 All distributions under this section shall be determined and made in accordance with Code Section 401(a)(9) and final Treasury Regulations Sections 1.401(a)(9)-1 through 1.401(a)(9)-9, including the minimum distribution incidental benefit requirements of Code Section 401(a)(9)(G). These provisions override any distribution options in the Plan inconsistent with Code Section 401(a)(9).
