If an Award intended to be exempt from Code section 409A provides for distribution or settlement upon vesting or lapse of a risk of forfeiture, and the time of such distribution or settlement is not otherwise specified in the Plan or the Award agreement or other governing document, the distribution or settlement shall be made no later than March 15 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which such Award vested or the risk of forfeiture lapsed.
